100% pure beef tallow. Dry rendered in-house using premium suet sourced from local Wisconsin farms/beef. This product can be used on your skin as well as in cooking as it is perfectly edible! With a high flash point, tallow is good for making fries and any other savory meal (use in place of oil or butter for frying or sautéing).
